Hair Struggles

Time for a change!!

I wouldn’t call this a “setback” because I had this problem ever since I was very young! I’ve always had a low self-esteem when it came to my hair because of my “receding hair line”. I got it from my grandfather so it is hereditary.

Before my hair journey, I would find a way to cover those two spots out because I felt as if no matter what I would do, people were staring at me. Being teased at a young age, I didn’t want people to have more to say about me.

I might have a solution…..I recently bought Sunny Isle JBCO from Kmart and here are some of the benefits from the box:

  • Stimulates hair growth
  • Thinning Hair
  • Bald Spots
  • Dry Brittle Damaged Hair
  • Breakage
  • Dry Itchy Scalp

Q & A

  • How will you incorporate this in your regimen? I will incorporate this by applying the JBCO to my scalp 2x a week. One will be the day after a wash day and the next will be a few days later, it will be applied again. For example: Monday, I will apply JBCO then on Thursday, JBCO will be applied again. I will apply it all over my scalp but I’m really focusing on my problem areas.

  • How long will this process take? I’m not sure how long will it take but I’m willing to take as long as I need to. I’m not going to be impatient when it comes to my process because if I know that growing my hair out will take time, then I know that growing this out from basically nothing will take some time as well.

  • What if you do not see any growth/progress? I’m trying my hardest not to think that way because I’m really hoping that it will. BUT, if it doesn’t I will not be too upset about it because I’ve lived with this issue for all of my 21 years on this earth. PLUS, I will still come out of this journey on a positive note because no one, not even myself can ever say that I never tried to do something about it.

Is anyone else suffering from this issue?

  1. Hey girl!
I loose a lot of hair in this area too, but mine is straight up alopecia. JBCO will definitely help. Two times a week sounds normal. I do mine every other day. Good luck

    1. Does your hair grow back after losing it? Thank you so much for your advice! I'm definitely doing monthly updates to see if there is any progress :)

    2. It does grow back, but whenever I use braids it happens.

    3. Well I am so happy that it grows back as well as you're not losing your hair out of the blue!

  2. I just recently realized that jbco has been the main product that has been growing my edges.
